Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Vendor Acquisition Specialist** to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new vendors to our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential repo vendors across the country, effectively communicating the benefits of partnering with our company and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract and engage potential vendors, leveraging market insights and industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with lenders and other stakeholders to identify potential vendors and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions, follow-up activities, and progress towards acquisition goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between potential vendors and our vendor relationship team, facilitating a seamless handoff process post-acquisition.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Meet or exceed acquisition targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a high-volume call center environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of repo systems or repossession business is a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum two year experience in sales, customer acquisition, or business development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to attract and acquire potential vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule with regular in-office attendance and travel.
