About the Role

Carr Talent Acquisition is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate/Lead Manager to join our team. As a Sales Associate/Lead Manager, you will play a vital role in our mission to assist homeowners in selling their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact Homeowners: You will be responsible for contacting homeowners via phone calls to discuss our services and explore potential opportunities to assist them in selling their properties.
  • Field Incoming Calls: You will be responsible for fielding incoming calls from homeowners as well as cold calling and providing information about our company, services, and processes.
  • Set Up Appointments: You will assist in setting up 8-10 appointments per week (minimum) for our field home-buying specialists to visit properties and conduct consultations with homeowners.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: You will maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and coordination of appointments and follow-ups.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Qualifications
  • Previous Experience: You should have previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: You should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with homeowners over the phone.
  • Highly Organized: You should be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM Systems: You should have proficiency in CRM systems or be willing to learn.
  • Positive Attitude: You should have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
