We are currently seeking a Textile Embroidery Specialist for a Contract position. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is paramount.

Position Overview:
Textile Embroidery Specialist
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 3 months with potential for hire

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to scheduled hours and be open to overtime as required.
  • Maintain presence at the workstation once logged in.
  • Notify a supervisor before leaving the workstation.
  • Comply with departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Understand and implement all safety protocols while operating machinery.
  • Carefully trim backing on garments post-sewing without damaging the fabric.
  • Trim threads and loose stitching on completed embroidery with precision.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure garment counts align with production orders.
  • Operate the embroidery machinery effectively.
  • Accurately hoop garments in the designated location with appropriate backing.
  • Thread the machine with the correct color as per design specifications.
  • Adjust tension settings appropriately.
  • Select the correct needle for the task.
  • Load the appropriate design onto the machine.
  • Make necessary adjustments for the daily operation of the machinery.
  • Monitor machine performance to identify and address any issues promptly.
  • This role requires standing for extended periods.
  • Prepare the correct garments for subsequent orders on the assigned machine.
