Key Responsibilities- Vendor Onboarding and Management: Lead the onboarding process for new vendors, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition onto our platform.
- Communication and Education: Launch communications to educate vendors on platform features, company changes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Vendor Support and Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Building and Nurturing: Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, acting as their advocate within our organization and facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor vendor performance and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance vendor success.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor needs, escalate issues as necessary, and advocate for enhancements to the vendor experience.
- Special Projects and Initiatives: Lead special projects and initiatives as delegated by management, driving cross-functional collaboration, and achieving project objectives.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Industry Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with repo systems or repossession business is a plus, but not required.
- Customer Success and Vendor Management: Minimum 3 years proven experience in customer success management, vendor management, or related field, preferably in a technology or service-oriented industry.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and drive results.
- Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
