As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors, ensuring seamless onboarding processes, and providing exceptional support to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor Onboarding and Management: Lead the onboarding process for new vendors, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition onto our platform.
  • Communication and Education: Launch communications to educate vendors on platform features, company changes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Vendor Support and Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building and Nurturing: Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, acting as their advocate within our organization and facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor vendor performance and satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance vendor success.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor needs, escalate issues as necessary, and advocate for enhancements to the vendor experience.
  • Special Projects and Initiatives: Lead special projects and initiatives as delegated by management, driving cross-functional collaboration, and achieving project objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Industry Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with repo systems or repossession business is a plus, but not required.
  • Customer Success and Vendor Management: Minimum 3 years proven experience in customer success management, vendor management, or related field, preferably in a technology or service-oriented industry.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and drive results.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Training and Development: Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and/or related communications with a focus on adult learning principles.
