We are currently seeking a Production Equipment Specialist for our first shift to facilitate our ongoing expansion. The role involves overseeing all tasks related to the production and management of deposited films. Responsibilities include:

  • Operating sputtering machinery, managing the loading and unloading of rolls, maintaining a tidy workspace, monitoring sputtering chamber metrics, assisting with quality control, and performing other routine production tasks.
  • Receiving specialized training in the sputtering process and mastering operational protocols.
  • Contributing to a safe workplace by adhering to OSHA and company safety regulations while keeping work areas organized and secure.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and keeping them updated on progress, challenges, and concerns.
  • Being capable of working independently and lifting heavy objects as required.
  • Utilizing hand tools, power tools, cranes, or forklifts as necessary.
