Responsibilities of the Automotive Sales Consultant

In recent years, the automotive sales landscape has evolved, and so has our approach to customer interaction. If you possess experience in new or pre-owned vehicle sales and can adeptly navigate both online and face-to-face sales, you might be the ideal candidate for us. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through every phase of their vehicle purchase, ensuring they discover the perfect match for their needs.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers to ascertain their vehicle preferences, both online and in-person
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of new models, features, and accessories, and articulating their advantages to clients
  • Recognizing that business thrives on exceptional customer satisfaction and committing to delivering top-notch service
  • Facilitating price discussions on vehicles
  • Ensuring customers are well-informed about the vehicle's features, warranty, and documentation
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships to promote repeat business

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • A valid driver's license
  • A willingness to work on a commission basis
  • A professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong English communication skills
