About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Morgan Auto Group. As a leading dealership specializing in high-end vehicles, we pride ourselves on offering an unparalleled luxury automotive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals to cultivate and grow sales opportunities.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new model releases, and market conditions to effectively advise clients.
  • Utilize advanced negotiation skills to finalize deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and professional sales environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of luxury automotive brands and models, as well as market trends and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Professional appearance and presentation, reflecting the luxury standards of our dealership.
  • Familiarity with dealership software and CRM systems.
