As an Automotive Repair Consultant, you will engage daily with customers, insurance representatives, and parts team members to facilitate a seamless repair process. Your exceptional communication skills and empathetic approach will be essential in guiding customers through their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and discussing repair alternatives.
- Assessing repair requirements based on customer insights, vehicle evaluations, inspections, and test drives.
- Proactively seeking approval on all estimates.

- Understanding fundamental aspects of collision repair and various insurance programs.
- Generating repair orders for clients, including transparent cost and time estimates.
- Maintaining regular communication with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Updating customers on their vehicle's status according to their preferred communication method and addressing any inquiries.
- Managing multiple repair projects concurrently.
- Collaborating with colleagues during daily planning and release meetings.
- Processing transactions while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Following up with customers to confirm their expectations have been met.
- Building relationships with customers to foster a referral base.
- Acquiring in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly and in accordance with company policies.
