Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their medical cannabis needs. Your responsibilities will include delivering patient care with empathy, compassion, and professionalism, while embodying our vision, mission, and values. It is essential to ensure that customers receive the appropriate medicinal products that cater to their medical conditions.

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Retail Sales Consultant who shares our commitment to providing quality products and exceptional customer service to those in need. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team at our dispensing facility and report directly to the Retail Operations Manager and Supervisor.

This facility operates six days a week, and your role will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service.


Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
- A minimum of three years of experience in retail operations, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A strong passion for managing all facets of retail operations, compliance, and inventory management.
- Outstanding consulting skills with a focus on customer interaction.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including active listening.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, along with effective non-verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Additional Abilities Required:


While performing the duties of this position, the employee is expected to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, perform manual tasks, and lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance). Effective verbal communication with colleagues, customers, and vendors is essential. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level.
