**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to executive-level staff, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and meet business needs
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in office administration with a focus on customer service
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing process improvements

**Salary Range:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $44,208-$66,288, based on industry standards and location.
