About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Dogtra. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and serving as a liaison between departments.

Your primary responsibilities will include EDI order processing, reviewing vendor-specific setup forms, and assisting with sales support tasks. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of two years of administrative experience is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fluency in Korean.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $52k per year, based on industry standards and location. In addition to competitive pay, Dogtra offers a range of benefits, including employer-paid medical and dental insurance, a 401K retirement plan, paid sick time off, paid holidays, and accrued paid vacation.
