About the Opportunity

Capital Community Bank seeks an experienced Administrative Specialist to join their Strategic Partners department. This role involves managing daily operations, administration, and supporting program managers.


Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Function as a point of contact for department executives, management, and external partners.
  • Organize and maintain documentation and correspondence.
  • Manage calls, track progress, and communicate project updates.
  • Support Program Managers during site visits and prepare reports as assigned.
  • Develop and distribute internal and external communications.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Collaborate with Bank management during regulatory examinations and audits.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Pleasant and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and customers.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.

Compensation and Benefits Package

The Administrative Specialist will earn a salary range of $21-24/hour, based on qualifications and experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, supplemental insurance, EAP, phone reimbursement, and PTO. Quarterly bonuses are available.
