Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Pollo Regio. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing databases, and communicating with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and distribute documents, such as invoices and reports.
  2. Enter data into our database system accurately and efficiently.
  3. Communicate with restaurant managers to confirm invoice details.
  4. Work closely with our Maintenance Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with database management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma.
