We are looking for a motivated, innovative, and committed individual to become part of our Post-Acute medical sales team. Ideal candidates will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding organizational and communication skills, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced industry leader. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with the post-acute care sector, including long-term care facilities, home health and hospice organizations, and medical equipment suppliers.
  • Presenting clinical and operational solutions to various decision-makers, including owners, senior clinical officers, and purchasing managers.
  • Marketing products such as incontinence supplies, skin care items, durable medical equipment, advanced wound care solutions, and gloves.
  • Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of Medline's extensive product range and value-added services.
  • Cultivating meaningful relationships with new clients while enhancing connections with existing ones.
  • Conducting cold calls and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
  • Showcasing new products and initiatives; educating clients on current industry trends and regulations.
  • Preparing bids and negotiating contracts.
  • Taking ownership of your territory and managing it as if it were your own business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of quota-driven sales experience, showcasing a background in cold calling and full-cycle sales, OR at least 5 years of similar sales experience.

Relevant Experience:

  • Proven ability to effectively sell to various levels within an organization.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, connecting with, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Experience with complex sales strategies to provide solutions across multiple levels.
  • Background in commissioned sales of tangible products.
  • Track record of consistent sales growth and quota achievement.
  • Proficient in presenting multiple product lines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Stable employment history.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to drive and travel extensively as required for an outside sales role.

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
