We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Benefits Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Benefits Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company's products and services, building relationships with existing and new clients, and meeting weekly, monthly, and annual objectives through the successful implementation of our sales and marketing strategies and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our company's products and services by developing a deep understanding of our solutions and conducting consumer research to identify how they meet client needs.
  • Meet sales objectives through the successful implementation of our sales and marketing strategies and systems, and by building relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and implement territory action plans through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by setting appointments, making effective qualifying sales calls, and managing sales cycles to close new business in all service categories offered.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Personal integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Motivation, coachability, and a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to travel when necessary, and a valid US driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

License/Certification: Insurance Producer License (Preferred) and Life Insurance License (Preferred).
