# Overview We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals improve their communication skills and quality of life. # Duties - Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs - Provide therapy to patients with various communication disorders in settings such as hospitals, schools, or outpatient clinics - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care for patients - Keep detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes # Requirements - Experience or interest in working with patients in settings such as ICU, acute care, inpatient, and outpatient facilities - Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans - Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and patient care practices - Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for school-based therapy is a plus Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those in need of speech-language therapy.
