Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers and referral sources to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales leads in assigned verticals, and develop strategies to increase revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Create, manage, and maintain key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques: Continuously build product knowledge and refine sales techniques to effectively communicate value to customers and drive sales growth.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business results.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC Certifications preferred.
  • Sales Experience: 6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, strong work ethic, and a passion for the sales process.
