We are looking for a motivated, innovative, and committed individual to become part of our Post-Acute medical sales team. Ideal candidates will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong organizational and communication skills, and a desire to be part of a fast-paced industry leader. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with the post-acute care sector, including long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and medical equipment suppliers;
  • Providing clinical and operational solutions to various decision-makers, including owners, senior clinical officers, and purchasing managers;
  • Marketing products such as incontinence supplies, skin care items, durable medical equipment, advanced wound care solutions, and gloves;
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of Medline's extensive product range and numerous value-added services;
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with new clients while enhancing connections with existing ones;
  • Conducting cold calls and prospecting to identify new business opportunities;
  • Presenting new products and initiatives while educating clients on current industry trends and regulations;
  • Preparing bids and negotiating contracts;
  • Taking initiative and leadership in managing your territory, treating it as your own business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of quota-driven sales experience with a focus on cold calling and full-cycle sales OR at least 5 years of quota-driven sales experience with similar responsibilities.

Relevant Experience:

  • Proven ability to effectively sell to various levels within an organization;
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, connecting with, and closing new business opportunities;
  • Experience with complex sales strategies to provide solutions across multiple organizational levels;
  • Background in commissioned sales of tangible products;
  • Track record of consistent sales growth and quota achievement;
  • Ability to present multiple product lines effectively;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Stable employment history;
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel extensively to meet with healthcare providers on-site.
