About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to join our team at BrightView Landscapes, LLC- DE. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our best-in-class landscaping services to commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new commercial customers through door-to-door sales, direct marketing, and other activities, including identifying prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis with new prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Assist operational partners to negotiate contracts and pricing schedules with customers.
  • Develop and present sales presentations and proposals on our products and services that meet customers' needs.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales and growth.
  • Stay informed about our competitors' activities in the assigned territory and inform the manager of any changing competitive pricing programs, marketing directives, or sales tactics.
  • Attend and successfully complete training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed in sales and achieve targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed goals.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent, with resilience in facing challenges and setbacks.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and customer interactions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and client needs, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work well within a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and persuade potential customers.

  • Prior experience in sales, prospecting, or cold calling, with direct sales experience beneficial.
  • Computer skills required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
