Credit Administration Assistant Manager

Location: Hong Kong, HK

Role Overview: We are seeking qualified candidates who are ready to embark on a challenging career path in credit administration. The responsibilities include:

  • Drafting facility letters and preparing PEF proposal requests.
  • Inputting and amending credit line data and customer information in relevant systems.
  • Scanning customer signatures into the Centralized Cheque Signature system.
  • Updating customer signing arrangements and account documentation, ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Circulating new account opening documents to relevant departments.
  • Updating financial data for the Treasury Department.
  • Verifying customer signatures and ensuring data accuracy for electronic mail services.
  • Safeguarding all pertinent facility documentation.
  • Distributing management reports on a daily, monthly, and regular basis.
  • Reviewing correspondence from liquidators and official receivers.
  • Updating information related to the Hong Kong Deposit Protection Scheme.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector.

Required Skills:

  • A degree in Finance or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Over 2 years of experience in Credit Administration or Loan Agency is essential, along with knowledge of Accounting and KYC procedures.
