Responsibilities
- Contact new clients and develop new business by creating partnerships with clients.
- Effectively communicate and present the full range of organization services to clients.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure the right suite of services to pitch to clients.
- Generate revenue through new and existing clients.
- Attend appropriate networking events and conferences.
- Meet with clients frequently to identify business prospects.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of experience in business development within the US IT staffing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Must be able to meet sales targets.
- Strong critical thinking skills to meet challenges and tight deadlines.
