Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer to join our team at First Choice Community Health Centers.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as required.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, staff, and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
