Executive Assistant To CEO | Senior Administrative Professional

Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team. As the right-hand support to our CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the organization's success.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, and managing correspondence.
- Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with staff, visitors, and external parties, showcasing exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism.
- Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and manual file systems, ensuring efficient record-keeping and retrieval.
- Coordination: Arrange meetings, conferences, and events, preparing agendas, materials, and facilities as needed.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research, gather information, and compile reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least five years of administrative experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Exceptional typing skills (60+ wpm) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
