Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to join our team. As the right-hand support to our CEO, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel, and managing correspondence.
  • Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with staff, visitors, and external parties, showcasing exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and manual file systems, ensuring efficient record-keeping and retrieval.
  • Coordination: Arrange meetings, conferences, and events, preparing agendas, materials, and facilities as needed.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research, gather information, and compile reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least five years of administrative experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
  • Exceptional typing skills (60+ wpm) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be expected to work efficiently, manage competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities.
