Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Team Lead to join our team at Aramark. This role is responsible for developing and implementing facility solutions, leading operations of facility accounts, and ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires key skills in safety, quality, and service excellence. The successful candidate will model leadership behaviors, reward and recognize employees, identify and engage top talent, and develop team members to their fullest potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets, cost controls, and profit management. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead team management meetings to plan and execute operational goals
  • Evaluate and improve safety and sanitation standards in all operations
  • Maintain effective client and customer relationships through regular communication
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and manage budget effectively
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, to ensure alignment with company targets
Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role, preferably in environmental services or a related field
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
