Key Responsibilities of the Cashier Role:

  • Greet patrons warmly, ensuring outstanding customer service and processing payments efficiently.
  • Record food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
  • Handle financial transactions according to company protocols, ensuring correct change is given and cash drawers are balanced at the end of shifts.
  • Maintain clear communication with guests and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization by occasionally clearing tables.
  • Address guest inquiries and special requests as needed.
Qualifications for the Cashier Position:
  • A minimum of one year in customer service and cash handling roles.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Essential Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficient in handling cash, credit cards, and operating POS systems.
  • Capable of standing and moving throughout the venue for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering positive interactions with guests and team members.
  • Basic math skills for cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash records.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
