Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Orthodontic Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with orthodontists, their staffs, and orthodontic residents to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet sales quotas and targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Manage customer orders, discounts, and satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 7 years of field sales and/or clinical experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and order entry software
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oral care industry experience
  • History of developing customer relationships
  • Strong work ethic, people skills, and competitive background
