**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at Park Hyatt Aviara. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to our Director of Sales and Sales Managers, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and events.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to Director of Sales and Sales Managers, including data entry, database maintenance, and account management system updates.
  • Act as the primary point person for group leads, receiving and assigning tasks to appropriate managers, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing staff to develop sales-related materials, promotional campaigns, and social media content.
  • Manage VIP arrangements for on-property site visits, conduct site visits as needed, and assist with sales trips and follow-up.
  • Perform sales projects, such as familiarization trip management, and other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum high school certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a resort administrative position or equivalent
  • Administrative experience with proficiency in basic programs
  • Able to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to calmly and professionally communicate with clients over the telephone and in person
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to respond to sales inquiries efficiently and accurately
