National Partnerships Executive

AEG's Global Partnerships team is seeking a highly experienced National Partnerships Executive to drive new business sales for the Arena Alliance, Theater Alliance, and other OVG/OVG360 national partnerships. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for achieving individual and department revenue goals through successful prospecting, pipeline management, strong relationships, business acumen, solution and objective-based ideation and selling, and negotiation.
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 plus bonus.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of professional sponsorship experience in a high-performance sales environment, with a proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans to achieve individual new business goals. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential corporate partners at the regional, national, and international level, and for adapting selling style and technique to organizational priorities, evolving property portfolio, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow OVG property business lines via new partnership sales.
- Support the department's new business sales process from start to finish.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve individual new business goals.
- Research and execute industry-leading partnership sales concepts and platforms.
- Host and entertain corporate partners and prospects at games and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 5-7+ years of professional sponsorship experience in a high-performance sales environment; Sports, Entertainment, and/or Arena Industry experience preferred.
* Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong natural selling skills with proven experience in pitch and strategic positioning.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) experience a plus.
