About the Role
Marquee Brands is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development, strategy, and execution of sponsorship sales initiatives across our portfolio of brands. As the Director / VP of Strategic Partnership, you will drive new revenue streams, create value for our brands, and deliver impactful, innovative sponsorship programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sponsorship sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand partnerships.
  • Ideate, identify, and secure new partnership deals across the Marquee brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of sponsorship agreements and deliverables.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to capitalize on sponsorship opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in partnership/sponsorship sales, with a proven track record of securing large sponsorship deals.
  • Experience with ideating and selling into branded consumer events.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate sales teams to achieve high performance.
