Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in event sales and planning, demonstrating a strong passion for service, fine dining, and hospitality.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new clients for corporate events to showcase and promote our venue
  • Coordinate various events including meetings, seminars, and celebrations
  • Travel may be required
  • Present and promote the venue for various occasions
  • Manage client relationships effectively
  • Engage with hosts during events
  • Respond to inquiries promptly
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Prepare tailored proposals to meet client needs
  • Follow up with all prospective clients
  • Participate in regular team meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Organize and maintain the corporate office
  • Oversee documentation and orders efficiently
  • Prepare for events, including setup and breakdown
  • Promote special events through marketing initiatives
  • Update online profiles on relevant platforms
  • Support marketing efforts at trade shows and events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for mentorship
