Compensation:
$45,000 - $75,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by creating risk management assessments that effectively minimize the necessity for insurance claims.
- Maintain a robust portfolio for current clients while expanding the client base through various networking and sales strategies, including outreach and prospecting to effectively communicate the company's unique advantages and new offerings.
- Stay informed about all insurance coverage details, industry trends, regulations, and relevant legislation to ensure clients fully comprehend their coverage options and services.
- Collect all necessary information to assess the commercial insurance requirements against available products for each client, and negotiate terms with key stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional personal service to both prospective and existing clients, visiting them as needed for follow-ups and offering guidance on commercial insurance policy choices when requested.
- Exceptional research, analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities are crucial.
- Comprehensive understanding of available insurance products and their key differentiators.
- Previous experience in the insurance sector as a producer for commercial lines is required.
- A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, mathematics, statistics, or a related field is preferred, with a high school diploma as a minimum requirement.
- Proficiency in computer applications is necessary, including Microsoft Office Suite such as Word and Excel.
