We are currently seeking a dedicated Electronic Life Safety Solutions Sales Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in promoting and selling Fire Safety/Fire Alarm Systems to contractors and end users within designated territories.
- Establish contact with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule sales calls using Johnson Controls marketing strategies.
- Develop a strategic sales approach to enhance customer understanding of our product offerings, prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate territory records.
- Create financial justifications, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and follow up effectively to close sales successfully.
- Collaborate with district operations to enhance service delivery.
- Achieve sales targets against assigned quotas.
- Maintain established accounts through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide progress reports and metrics to operational and corporate teams on a weekly and monthly basis.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and other events aimed at increasing sales and enhancing the company's reputation.

Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills with effective sales techniques.
- Proven ability to persuade and close sales.
- Capability to obtain necessary licenses as required by national, state, and local regulations.
- Minimum of two years of successful sales experience in Electronic Systems or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with electrical contractors and ability to interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft and Oracle programs.
