Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and delivering solutions that meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns
- Research, analyze, and process legal documents
- Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers
- Provide excellent client service and support
- Manage client portfolios and workflow to meet client demands
- Data entry and document management
- Navigate multiple databases and systems
- Recommend process improvements and solutions
- At least 5 years of experience in business-to-business customer service or administration
- Energetic self-starter with strong research and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills
- Flexibility and agility in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Salesforce experience a plus
