Virtual Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Sales Manager to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a Virtual Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets for our virtual sales team, assisting in personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to and Administer Sales Policies
Represent the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner, adhering to and administering sales policies and guidelines.
Deliver Required Virtual Sales TargetsEffectively deliver required virtual sales targets by closing transactions on a daily basis.
Disciplined Self-StarterDisciplined self-starter with the ability to work from the office to virtually sell via Zoom.
Technical AptitudeProficient technical aptitude with computer technology and devices, including Microsoft Office, CRM experience, iPad, apps, etc.
Maintain ProfessionalismMaintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Training and DevelopmentTraining, evaluating, and monitoring the performance goals of direct reports.
Collaboration and CommunicationConstructive involvement in daily sales meetings and collaboration with the Site Trainer in facilitating initial and ongoing training.
Recruitment and HiringRecruiting future sales associates and may be responsible for group sales presentations.
Requirements- Wyndham Sales Experience
1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience is required.
Management ExperienceExperience in managing sales teams is preferred.
Presidents Club RecipientPresidents Club recipient preferred.
Production StandardsMaintain production standards.
AvailabilityFull availability to work weekends and holidays required.
EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.
CA Real Estate LicenseCA Real Estate License Required.

The hourly rate for this role is $16.85.
