About the Role:
Watershed, a leading enterprise sustainability platform, is seeking an experienced sales leader to join its team. As Senior Director of Financial Institution Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion within the financial institution sector. This involves shaping the company's strategy, designing tailored sales playbooks, and working closely with top customers to develop effective climate programs.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of quota-carrying management experience, a track record of sales excellence, and expertise in territory management strategies. They should also be excited to lead from zero to one, build new playbooks, and navigate complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth and expansion within the financial institution sector
  • Shape Watershed's GTM strategy and break into new market segments
  • Influence product strategy through customer feedback
  • Become an expert in climate and educate companies on carbon reduction targets

What We Offer:
A competitive OTE range of $330,000-$400,000 USD, a total rewards benefits package including equity, health insurance, 401(k), unlimited paid time off, and mental health programs. Our hub offices are located in San Francisco, New York, and London, with remote team members across the US and EU.
