Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled and dynamic Commercial Project Manager to lead some of our most significant projects. This role is permanent and demands a comprehensive understanding of the commercial construction landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of managing intricate projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on budgeting, contract negotiations, team leadership, cost management, procurement, and estimating.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Create detailed project plans, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
3. Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure optimal terms.
4. Develop and oversee project budgets, implementing cost control measures to maintain profitability.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
6. Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and services within budget constraints.
7. Prepare comprehensive project estimates and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
8. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
9. Maintain accurate documentation of all project activities and milestones.
10. Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of project management experience in the commercial construction sector.
3. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, team leadership, cost management, procurement, and estimating.
4. Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing high-performing teams.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Proficient in project management software and tools.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for anticipating and addressing project risks.
8. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
9. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in project delivery.
10. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is advantageous.
