Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Project Manager to oversee some of our most prestigious projects. This permanent role requires extensive knowledge of the construction sector and a proven ability to manage intricate projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
2. Create detailed project plans and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
3. Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
4. Develop and oversee project budgets, implementing cost control strategies to maximize profitability.
5. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
6. Ensure timely procurement of materials and services within budget constraints.
7. Prepare comprehensive project estimates and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
8. Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing effective solutions.
9. Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities and milestones.
10. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of project management experience in the commercial construction field.
3. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, contract negotiation, team leadership, cost control, procurement, and estimating.
4. Strong leadership capabilities with a history of managing successful teams.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mitigate project risks.
8. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
9. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
10. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is advantageous.
