Event Coordinator

Lucidpress is a leading brand templating platform that empowers businesses to create and manage their content efficiently while ensuring brand consistency. Our innovative, cloud-based solution is utilized by over five million users globally, including renowned organizations.

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to spearhead our event marketing initiatives, encompassing trade shows, virtual gatherings, customer conferences, and webinars. In this pivotal role, you will develop comprehensive event marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive measurable outcomes. You will adopt a holistic approach, ensuring that events resonate with our overall marketing strategy and foster engagement before, during, and after each event.

This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborates closely with various stakeholders across the organization, playing a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an annual events strategy that aligns with Lucidpress's market approach.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of both internal and external events from inception to completion.
  • Manage project logistics and planning, coordinating with show organizers, partners, speakers, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Organize and allocate staff resources effectively for event execution.
  • Work with creative teams to develop marketing materials, interactive displays, and video content.
  • Handle event registrations, invitations, promotional items, surveys, budget management, and analyze event ROI.
  • Supervise on-site and virtual event activities, addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up on event leads.
  • Prepare and manage budgets while adhering to financial parameters.
  • Evaluate and report on event outcomes and ROI against set objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in planning and executing B2B events.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing event plans for both in-person and digital formats.
  • Experience in managing multiple vendors, including exhibit agencies and trade show organizers.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for event support.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
