Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the leadership team to facilitate the daily operational and community-focused initiatives of the organization. The role encompasses a variety of clerical, administrative, and project-based tasks as directed by the commercial leadership team, in conjunction with the High-Performance leadership team. Flexibility in daily responsibilities is essential due to the dynamic nature of the organization and the operational demands of community initiatives.

  • Manage the Warriors HQ calendar and oversee operational requirements, including scheduling, invoicing, and event coordination.
  • Drive the sales pipeline and revenue generation for Warriors HQ and associated facilities during the off-season.
  • Coordinate communication with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all community-related events associated with Warriors HQ.
  • Oversee inventory management for office supplies and other facility necessities.
  • Collaborate with the finance manager on budgetary matters related to Warriors HQ.
  • Supervise additional operational aspects related to Warriors HQ, including storage, fleet management, and security.
  • Work with the High-Performance group to manage team scheduling and needs within Warriors HQ.
  • Facilitate workspace logistics for staff, ensuring access to necessary resources and equipment.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Partner with the executive leadership team to establish systems and processes that support organizational growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with various department leaders to address their operational needs and support their teams.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as directed by the executive leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in office management software, including Quickbooks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues, management, and community members.
