The responsibilities of the Finance and Operations Manager encompass managing financial activities, cash flow oversight, job costing, compliance, and credit management.   1. Financial Management: Proficient in financial accounting, cash management, and corporate finance. A solid understanding of job costing and ensuring timely job-related work in progress and billing is essential.   2. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Excel and accounting software such as Sage Intacct is required. The Finance and Operations Manager should be adept at accessing databases and transforming data into actionable management insights.

Advanced Excel skills are necessary, with practical experience in utilizing its advanced functionalities.

Experience in construction management or insurance reimbursement programs is beneficial.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to insurance, licensing, and taxes is preferred.
