POSITION OVERVIEW

The Ticket Sales Representatives at AEG serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. This role is essential in fostering relationships with both new and existing fans, guiding them in their journey to support our events through ticket purchases. The position requires proactive engagement through various channels, including phone calls, community outreach, and in-person interactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Continuously enhance sales techniques and strategies.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, visits to local businesses, and participation in community events to drive ticket sales.
  • Collect referrals from current patrons to expand our customer base.
  • Close sales effectively and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members during peak times, such as event days.
  • Consistently seek opportunities to enhance the fan experience.
