Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the leadership team to facilitate daily community initiatives and operational requirements for the organization. The role encompasses a variety of clerical, administrative, and special project tasks as directed by the commercial leadership team, while also coordinating with the High-Performance leadership team. Flexibility in daily tasks is essential due to the dynamic nature of the organization and the operational requirements of the facilities.

  • Manage the Warriors HQ calendar and oversee operational necessities such as scheduling, invoicing, and coordination.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and revenue generation for Warriors HQ and associated facilities during the off-season.
  • Coordinate communication with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for all community-related events associated with Warriors HQ.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and related facility requirements.
  • Collaborate with the finance manager on all financial matters related to Warriors HQ.
  • Supervise additional operational tasks related to Warriors HQ, including storage, fleet management, and security.
  • Coordinate with the High-Performance group regarding team needs and scheduling within Warriors HQ.
  • Oversee workspace logistics for staff, including internet access, office branding, and furniture.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Work with the executive leadership team to develop systems and processes that support organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with various leaders within the organization to address their operational needs.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as directed by executive leadership.
Qualifications
