Position Overview
We are in search of a driven and enthusiastic Bilingual Outside Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure. Your duties will encompass preparing and submitting sales documentation, fostering relationships with both new and existing clients in your designated area, assessing their requirements, and negotiating favorable agreements. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, outstanding customer service and negotiation abilities, and a strong motivation to finalize sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Travel to meet with potential and existing clients within your assigned region
  • Achieve or surpass set sales objectives
  • Devise and execute an effective sales plan
  • Record all leads, sales, and client interactions in the customer relationship management system
  • Employ best practices in negotiation and sales strategies to secure deals
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory; Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior experience in outside sales is essential
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive outlook and a persistent nature
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel on a daily basis
