About the Role:

NestPay is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build rapport and establish strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory.
  • Travel and Sales: Travel to appointments with potential and existing customers within your territory to meet or exceed designated sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and implement an effective sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Customer Interaction: Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our customer relationship management system.
  • Negotiation and Sales Techniques: Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in outside sales is required.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a positive attitude and ability to be persistent.
  • Language: Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel on a daily basis.
