We are searching for motivated bilingual representatives to source, screen, and qualify clients. You must quickly respond to and nurture new inquiries using phone, text, and email with the goal of connecting them with an attorney.

Conduct majority outbound calls to qualified leads

Contributing to a speed of less than 2 minutes for new inquiries

Building rapport with customers leading to at least 30% close rates

Working towards a contact rate of 85% on all inquiries

Accurately recap facts verbally during calls

Pay: 22-25/hr, Contract to Hire
