Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to oversee the maintenance reliability program for rotating equipment within our midstream operating division.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise equipment analysts, optical gas imaging technicians, and mechanical specialists.
- Manage significant warranty concerns related to compressor packages.
- Analyze the performance metrics of engines and compressors.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database for engines and compressors.
- Assist in the implementation and training for maintenance scheduling and reporting through EAM.
- Oversee idle package inventory and critical spare parts inventory.
- Provide support to Commercial and Operations for the relocation of compression packages.
- Schedule and implement technical training for field mechanics.
- Manage the lube oil program.
- Coordinate and track failure analyses.
- Provide overhaul management.

Performance Recommendations:
Make informed recommendations to operational teams based on performance analysis, operational hours, and lube oil assessments.

Audit and Compliance:
Drive the audit process to enhance mechanical reliability and monitor greenhouse gas reports and overdue repairs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of operations and maintenance of engines, gas turbines, and both centrifugal and reciprocating compressors (high and low speed).
- Proficient in building spreadsheets and/or Power BI reports to illustrate reliability and compliance progress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of company procedures, industry safety standards, and applicable federal and state regulations.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate machinery performance and condition levels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to communicate and provide training as necessary.

Software Proficiency:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Products.
- Experience with SAP and Cat ET.

Working Conditions:
The work environment may involve:
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent driving, walking, and standing.
- Exposure to adverse weather, confined spaces, and heavy lifting.
- Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Potential for occasional overnight travel.
