SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
  • Oversee project timelines to ensure completion is on or ahead of schedule.
  • Manage daily operations of the construction site, including supervision of subcontractors.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with trade partners and implement LEAN construction methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules; proficiency in MS Project is advantageous.

Build and sustain effective professional relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Plan and oversee job-site logistics and security measures.

Implement a quality assurance program and collaborate with third-party consultants to ensure adherence to project specifications.


Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction sector as a project manager.
  • In-depth understanding of project sequencing and subcontractor operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Ability to remain active and engaged on-site for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong technical background.
  • Established reputation and connections within the Oklahoma City construction community are advantageous.
  • Integrity, reliability, and the ability to represent the company with the utmost professionalism.
  • Documented experience with credible references.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in quality control.
  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline is preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and building strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Phoenix, Blue Beam, etc.)
  • Experience with Lean construction practices is a plus.
