Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance & Targets:
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (quotas).
    • Lead a team of sales professionals in pursuit of defined sales targets.

    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Team Development & Coaching:
    • On-board new sales team members and steward them to achieve their targets.
    • Train and develop sales professionals, providing ongoing coaching to ensure continuous improvement, high performance, and quota achievement.
    • Develop and implement coaching programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
    • Actively attract, recruit, manage, and develop sales talent to build a high-performing sales team.

  • Customer & Partner Engagement:

    • Travel as required to build new relationships and nurture existing ones with our team members, customers, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience required in managed IT services; OR 12+ years of experience in managed IT services in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities.
  • Proven track record of Top Performing sales success.

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $126,000.00 - $189,000.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $75,000.00.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
