Account Executive

At T-Mobile, we're looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new business within an assigned geographic territory. You will sell T-Mobile's products and services to customers, analyze their needs, and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of our offerings. Your goal will be to meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
