New Business Development Position:

Aramark is seeking an Account Growth Manager to join our team and drive new business growth through strategic sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales revenue targets by developing a territory-specific growth plan.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills with a consultative selling approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is also essential.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of business-to-business, outside sales experience focused on new account generation, preferably selling a service. Shown success in developing new business and generating sales leads within an assigned sales territory is a must.

Estimated Compensation: The estimated compensation for this position includes an annual base salary of $60,000.00, plus uncapped monthly commission with on-target earnings of $100,000-$120,000 annually.
